OpenStack Wallaby : OpenStack Rally2021/04/26

OpenStack ベンチマークツール Rally をインストールします。

当例では以下のような環境を例に Rally をインストールします。

[1]	Rally 用のユーザーとデータベースを MariaDB に作成しておきます。
