virsh コマンドを使った仮想マシンの操作方法です。
[1] 仮想マシンの起動
# 仮想マシン'debian'を起動

root@dlp:~#
virsh start debian

Domain debian started
# 仮想マシン'debian'を起動し同時にコンソールに接続

root@dlp:~#
virsh start debian --console

Domain debian started
Connected to domain debian
[2] 仮想マシンの停止
# 仮想マシン'debian'を停止

root@dlp:~#
virsh shutdown debian

Domain debian is being shutdown
# 仮想マシン'debian'を強制停止

root@dlp:~#
virsh destroy debian

Domain debian destroyed
[3] 仮想マシンの自動起動設定
# 仮想マシン'debian'をシステム起動時に自動起動

virsh autostart debian

Domain debian marked as autostarted
# 仮想マシン'debian'の自動起動設定解除

virsh autostart --disable debian

Domain debian unmarked as autostarted
[4] 仮想マシンの一覧を表示
# 稼動中の仮想マシンを一覧表示

[5] コンソールの切り替え
ゲストOS側からホストOS側へのコンソールの切り替えは Ctrl + ] キーです。
ホストOS側からゲストOS側へのコンソールの切り替えは 「virsh console (ゲストの名前)」とコマンドをうちます。
root@dlp:~#
virsh console debian
   
# 'debian'のコンソールに接続

Connected to domain debian
Escape character is ^]    
# Enterキー
Debian GNU/Linux 8 debian ttyS0

# ゲスト側に切り替わった
