Exchange Server 2019 : Enable In-Place Archives2023/02/10

 
Enable In-Place Archives for users' mailboxes.
Users can store their messages to archive folders by it.
In-Place Archive feature is disabled by default without enabling it explicitly when enabling users' mailbox.
[1] Run PowerShell with Admin Privilege and configure it.

Exchange Server 2019 : Enable In-Place Archives (GUI)
[2] Sign in to Exchange Server Admin Center. Next, select [recipients] on the left pane and move to [mailboxes] tab on the right pane, then, select a user you'd like to enable feature and Click [Enable] link under the [In-Place Archive] section.
[3] Specify database to store archives and click [OK] button.
[4] On Outlook of the user with In-Place Archive enabled, it can use In-Place Archive folder like follows.
