Add User Accounts for users.

| [1] | Login to NextCloud Web with admin account and Select [Users] on the popup menu. |

| [2] | Click [New user] on upper-left. |
|
| [3] | Input username and password you'd like to add and Click [✓] button. |
|
| [4] | Authentication of admin account is required, input admin account's password. |
|
| [5] | After successfully added a new user, it is listed. |
