Set System Timezone2019/05/07

 
This is the example for setting time-zone of your system.
[1] Replace to your own timezone on the example below.
[root@dlp ~]#
systemctl unmask systemd-timedated.service

Removed /etc/systemd/system/systemd-timedated.service.
[root@dlp ~]#
systemctl start systemd-timedated.service
# show the list of timezones

[root@dlp ~]#
timedatectl list-timezones

Africa/Abidjan
Africa/Accra
Africa/Addis_Ababa
Africa/Algiers
Africa/Asmara
Africa/Bamako
Africa/Bangui
.....
.....
.....
Pacific/Tongatapu
Pacific/Wake
Pacific/Wallis
UTC

# set timezone

[root@dlp ~]#
timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Tokyo
# show state

[root@dlp ~]#
