Set Basic Authentication and limit squid for users to require authentication.

[1] | Install a package which includes htpasswd. |
[root@prox ~]# dnf -y install httpd-tools

[2] | Configure Squid to set Basic Auth. |

vi /etc/squid/squid.conf
