OpenStack Rocky : Configure Keystone#1

Install and Configure OpenStack Identity Service (Keystone).
This example is based on the environment like follows.
        eth0|10.0.0.30 
+-----------+-----------+
|    [ Control Node ]   |

|  MariaDB    RabbitMQ  |

|  Keystone             |

[1] Add a User and Database on MariaDB for Keystone.

[2] Install Keystone. For questions during installation, it's OK to answer with [No] or input any value to them, Configure all with manualy below.
