The templates are provided by default for well known services, so it's easy possible to monitor them.
For example, Add HTTP service for monitoring target item.

| [1] | Login to Zabbix admin site with [Admin] user and select [Configuration] - [Hosts] on the left pane, then click a hostname you'd like to add an item. |

| [2] | Click [Select] button that is in [Templates] field. |
|
| [3] | Click [Select] button. |
|
| [4] | Click [Template/Applications]. |
|
| [5] | Select [Apache by Zabbix agent]. |
|
| [6] | After adding a template, click [Update] button. |
|
| [7] | New monitoring target item is added. After few minutes, monitoring data are collected like follows. |
