Vsftpd Over SSL/TLS2013/05/10

	Vsftpd を SSL/TLS で使えるようにします。
[1]	SSL/TLS の設定をします。

[2]	クライアント側の設定です。WinSCP を起動し、セッション情報で、暗号化に「SSL 明確な暗号」を選択して接続します。

[3]	独自証明書なので以下のような画面になります。問題ないので「はい」で進みます。
